NurseLine hires hospice experienced RNs and LVNs who possess outstanding nursing skills and intuition. Our nurses must be able to listen compassionately, speak with authority in a way that soothes and calms, maintain composure under stress, and have great critical thinking abilities.
NurseLine hires leaders who can work well independently in a home office environment and will perform at the highest level during busy periods to support multiple hospice clients. Critical thinking skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, attention to detail, and accountability when notating charts are all key attributes we are seeking in candidates.
Night and weekend work and some holiday work are required, but you will enjoy excellent work and life balance. Our telephone triage nurses do not visit patients.
