Nurse telephone triage services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All triage services are provided Registered Nurses who have completed 2.75 CEUs on the COVID-19 pandemic and receive ongoing updates based on the latest CDC guidance.

NurseLine provides callers with recommendations regarding optimal care, safety, infection prevention and symptom management per the Scope of Practice of a Registered Nurse.
